Description: The Arkansas Chapter of the National Association of Royalty Owners will meet from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Room 208 of the Heritage Building at Harding University. The purpose of the meeting is to share information with royalty owners in the Fayetteville Shale exploration area to discuss issues and concerns. There is no cost for Arkansas Chapter members, and $25 per person for nonmembers. The deadline for registration is Tuesday.
