Seal Solar hires Staci Gasaway to fill new role of Chief Financial Officer


Seal Solar is proud to welcome Staci Gasaway as Seal Solar’s first Chief Financial Officer. She will oversee all accounting, IT, and inventory management systems for the growing firm.

Gasaway joins Seal Solar with 11 years of accounting experience in various industries including her most recent role as CFO of a thriving construction management company. She brings an understanding of accounting for construction companies along with management experience and great communication skills. She also has experience with risk management, marketing, and public relations.

“Staci has an impressive depth of experience in accounting and specifically construction accounting,” said Heather Nelson, co-founder and president of Seal Solar. “We are excited to add her expertise to our team and continue Seal Solar’s growth trajectory in what is set to be another record year.”

Gasaway is a Central Arkansas native and is a University of Arkansas at Little Rock alum.

“I decided to join the Seal Solar team for two main reasons – the people and the industry,” Gasaway said. “I had the pleasure to work with Heather Nelson when Seal Solar was just getting started, and the entire team has drawn me in with their professionalism and commitment to improvement.
