Reservations are accepted on a first come first serve basis only and booth space selection is confirmed when payment is received. To receive early bird pricing, form and payment must be received by 4:30 p.m. June 30, 2009. All vendors must supply a door prize valued at $25 or more to be given away. Vendors will be allowed to collect names at their booth and the winner will be announced over the P.A. System.
