Second Poll Shows Congressional candidate Tim Wooldridge Leading in 1st Congressional District

Democratic Congressional candidate Tim Wooldridge yesterday released poll numbers showing him receiving 25% of the vote and leading in the contest for the Democratic nomination for the U.S. House of Representatives in the First Congressional District.

These results coincide with a poll released last week by Talk Business that also showed Wooldridge leading (18%) all other Democratic candidates seeking the nomination.

“It comes as no surprise to us that Tim Wooldridge has built a solid base of support in the First Congressional District based on his willingness to stand up and address issues like the Employee ‘Forced’ Choice Act,” said Robert Coon, state director for the Coalition for Arkansas Jobs.
