The Batesville Area Arts Council’s Gallery on Main will host a Sensory Workshop on Saturday, April 21. This one-hour workshop is specially designed for students dealing with issues on the spectrum. Students will create various art projects with help from instructors, Margo Baker, Leia Parks, and Hannah Keller-Flanery! There are three sessions divided by age group: Kindergarten- 4th grade: 10 a.m. – 11 a.m., 5th – 6th grade: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., and 7th – 12th grade: 1 – 2 p.m. The cost of the workshop is $10/student. The workshop will be held at the BAAC Gallery on Main at 226 E Main Street. Space is limited, so pre-registration is required.
