September is Prostate Cancer Awareness month APCF will Celebrate

Governor Mike Beebe has proclaimed September as Prostate Cancer Awareness Month! Free screenings, fund-raisers and awareness events are scheduled in September to promote awareness, encourage timely detection and support improved treatment of prostate cancer in Arkansas.  

Bank of America Building Illumination 

The prostate cancer awareness symbol, a blue ribbon will light up the night on the north side of the Bank of America building, downtown Little Rock, sponsored by Flake & Kelley Commercial.  
 

2-Wheel Cruisers Third Annual Prostate Cancer Awareness Ride, September 17 

Rev it up; know your levels, PSA levels, that is! Come join the 2-Wheel Cruisers at the Prostate Cancer Awareness Ride on September 17, 10:00 a.m., Landers Harley Davidson, Little Rock. Third Annual Pigskins & Prostates, September 20 

Do you know a lot about football and not a lot about prostate cancer? Battle at Bella Vista- Arnie’s Army Battles Prostate Cancer, September 24 

Ready to battle prostate cancer? Join the Highlands Methodist Men and Arnie’s Army for a four-man scramble golf tournament at the Kingsdale Complex in Bella Vista, Saturday, September 24.
