“QUILTING, An Evolving Fabric Art” begins with “History” (April 15 through 27), then “New Tools” (April 29 through May 11), and “New Directions” (May 13 through 25). Each quilting exhibit is open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. This event is at Calico Rock Museum’s Tomlinson Art and Science Center, 103 Main Street, Calico Rock, Arkansas. Each Saturday from April 27 through May 25, the Center hosts demonstrations (10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) and workshops (2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.) on quilt art and techniques.
