The best events across the Southeast compete to receive the prestigious Top 20 Events designation. Through a nomination process, Southeast Tourism Society chooses the Top 20 events in the Southeast for each month of the year and publishes this list of winners quarterly. The Top 20 Events publication is sent to over 1,600 newspapers, magazines, radio stations, TV stations, AAA publications and others.
The Southeast Tourism Society, representing the tourist industries of 12 southern states, has selected the Ozark Foothills FilmFest as one of the Top 20 Tourism Events for March 2011. This is the second consecutive year that Ozark Foothills has been selected as a Top 20 Event.
“The Top 20 designation is proof that Ozark Foothills FilmFest is widely respected across the South. We’re looking to a big 10th anniversary celebration in March with visitors fom all over.”said Bob Pest, President and co-founder of the Ozark Foothills FilmFest.
