State Representative Roy Ragland and his wife Gail from Marshall injured in a hit-and-run accident Monday night at 8:20 pm in downtown Little Rock.
Raglands were hurt when the car they were in was hit by a sport utility vehicle, Police say the Raglands’ car was knocked into an office building.
Officials at UAMS say Gail Ragland is hospitalized in serious condition, while Roy Ragland suffered bumps and bruises.
Ragland told officers two men got out of the SUV after the accident – then got back into the vehicle and sped away.
Representative Ragland is a Republican from Marshall.
