Jim Brown is a former coach of baseball, basketball and track. His successful career was diverse having guided teams at virtually every level of competition from junior high to junior college. He is a 1960 graduate of Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, where he competed on the intercollegiate baseball team and was sports editor of the college newspaper. Coach Brown has been a free-lance writer and columnist for numerous newspapers and magazines. Brown has a Master’s degree from Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas.
