The Liverpool Legends: A Full Beatles Experience Backed by Orchestra!

The Liverpool Legends are trading the stage at the Rose Bowl and Carnegie Hall for Reynolds Performance Hall, right here in Central Arkansas, for one night only in an incredible performance with the Conway Symphony Orchestra! The CSO and the world-famous Beatles tribute band will join forces on Saturday, Jan. 30, 7:30pm for All You Need is Love… and Music.

“In 2016 we are performing at some of the best venues in the world such as Carnegie Hall, Busch Stadium and the Rosebowl in Pasadena,” says Marty Scott, the band’s director who also plays lead guitarist George Harrison. “But we are most looking forward to a very special night performing with the Conway Symphony Orchestra and really being able to recreate what producer George Martin “the fifth Beatle” added with the orchestrations on all the Beatles Albums.”

Conway Symphony conductor and music director Israel Getzov agrees, “You’ve never had fun like this at the symphony before. The Beatles sound isn’t just limited to the Fab Four — what would Eleanor Rigby be without strings or Penny Lane without the brass? This is your chance to experience the music as it was meant to be played.”
The Liverpool Legends are four incredibly talented musicians and actors hand-picked by Louise Harrison, sister of the late George Harrison of The Beatles. Louise’s involvement in Liverpool Legends makes them the ONLY Beatles Tribute Band with a direct family link to the original Fab Four. Celebrating their 10th season headlining their own show in Branson, Liverpool Legends have been awarded Best New Show, Best Band, Best Show, and received the prestigious Visitors’ Choice Award for Entertainer of The Year for two consecutive years. The band recently toured the U.S. and abroad, ending with a sold-out performance for 16,000 people at Arena Ciudad de Mexico City.
The Liverpool Legends perform songs spanning the entire career of The Beatles and on through the solo years. With precise attention to every musical detail, along with costume changes, vintage instruments and special effects, they will bring you “The Complete Beatles Experience.” Add the power of the full orchestra backing them, and this concert will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Single tickets are $30-$40 for adults, $10 for children/students, and $20 for UCA faculty/staff. There is a discount rate of $20 for groups of ten or more, and a limited number of VIP tickets with a special meet and greet opportunity for $50. Tickets are available from the Reynolds box office, (501) 450-3265, www.uca.edu/tickets. The concert is underwritten by First Security Bank with Guest Artist support from Lake Liquor, and Hospitality support from Hole in the Wall Café, ARAMARK, and Julie’s Sweet Shop.
