The Main Entrance at Ozark Health Nursing Center will be closed for remodeling until further notice

Visitors to Ozark Health Nursing Center: Please use the entrance located on the south side of the Nursing Center near the Loading Dock…
or enter the Nursing Center through the Hospital.

Also, all visitors to the Nursing Center are asked to park on the south side of the Nursing Center or in the Hospital parking lot.
