Veterans Appreciation Day set for Oct. 13, 10:30 a.m. at Stone Bank Pavilion in Mountain View; Ceremony to Honor Veterans; BBQ Lunch provided
(Mountain View, Ark.) The Annual Stone Bank Veterans Appreciation Day event is set for Oct. 13 at the Stone Bank Pavilion at 802 E. Main St. in Mountain View.
The ceremony will begin at 10:30 a.m. with the presentation of a flag flown over the U.S. Capitol and other patriotic commentary. Local musician, Mary Parker and the Parker Unit and students from the Roots Music program will provide entertainment.
A complimentary barbeque lunch prepared by Dr. Roger Helms and the Stone Bank Mountain View staff will be served to attendees.
